We have them all reported, the same answer, more screenshots etc. Nothing was done- it’s so frustrating. We couldn’t even score cause they domed us all within 2 seconds (and we usually score about 1,8 million in total). It ended up 9 million against 500k cause this unnecessary one-week building portal feature gave them the means to do that.
Anyway, after 7 wars in a row against hackers made us all take a decision, not to buy war packs again until this hacking issue is solved. And if it continues, we will eventually stop playing the game. Unless we are given a chance to avoid them somehow - and “surrender” or “cancel active war” during preparation phase (with a small point penalty) could be an option.

@1457699360Wish I could help. But I am awaiting EA to respond, I think a surrender button 4 hours in would be good, maybe 8 to 12 even. Sometimes ea takes awhile to boot if they do

I like the “surrender” button idea! Though there's a risk that can be used in an unfair way by cheaters. Lots of cheaters have feeder clubs and play internal war with your own teammates. They can use the "surrender" button when they all get their chests and finish the war early and start the next war. Or if they failed matching, they can "surrender" so the legit opponent will lose the chance to play. The "surrender" can make it possible "super-lightning war" for those cheaters...
It's really frustrating that you have to estimate how hackers/cheaters can cheat the system when you come up with new ideas or improvements, otherwise it'll be a failed feature like SB and KO.
For the efficient reporting, I'd like the players ID visible like club code#. So we can report players without club names or bunch of screenshots, I wonder EA can't ban them because hackers already switch clubs and change their names when EA get our report? Probably hackers/cheaters can't be so free if they are less anonymous too.
When they take a report with players ID, they can just type in the ID in their system and auto screen them. I'm not a programmer so I'm not sure if it's possible, but making the players ID visible might solve problems...

Hello my friends,
Let's not "forgive" EA on how they operate. What we can see about clubs and players must be a little part of what EA's game operators can see; if it wouldn't be so, it would be totally impossible to make any control.
In this case, we should call EA an amatorial society, not a serious game provider (let's name this bolded phrase "rule 1", as I will recall it later).
In the game I operated I had a tool that availed me to control every single "breath" -"fart" would be the correct word. Will I receive a warning?- of every single player and/or club: every trade, attack, improvement, change, entry or exit, EVERYTHING. And I was availed to check all of those things for everyday till 6 months before.
It wasn't one EA game, that provider was (and still is) not big as EA is, so you should think they had less room to make things works: false, that system worked very well as there were new hackers/cheaters everyday, but their game life was very short.
Every player has his own ID. We just can see our own one, it's a privacy matter, but for sure EA can see and trace all of its.
Are you sending a screenshot of a club? Of course EA can see who were in that club at that moment, see players ID, trace and control those ID and see their actual clubs, their actual names, what they did. If not possible, back to "rule 1".
Checking a player and/or a club can be a long thing, but it's game operator's work. And works uses to be payed.
Aren't EA paying their game operators so that these operators aren't enticed on their work? back to "rule 1".
Aren't EA having enough game operators so that these operators can't manage this work? back to "rule 1".
Aren't EA giving the right tools to help their game operators keeping a clean game? back to "rule 1".
It's hard for me to believe that a giant like EA can't manage those things. I'm not a believer of conspiracy theories (see: they avail it 'cause they make more money in this way or similar ones). And I fully respect EA, I'm playing EA games since I was a boy and I'd refuse to think I gotta back to "rule 1". But the truth is that for everyone hacker/cheater banned on one day, you'll find ten new ones the next day. The only exception of "rule 1" and/or conspiracy theories that comes in my mind is that they still haven't found a way to easely embed those players. And it would be even more sad, 'cause we'll have to live this situation without knowing if an end will come one day; or leave the game; or become ourselves hackers/cheaters too.
