What happen to my sim cash?

While doing a task for “war deliveries” I used my sim cash to speed up the process so I can use a disaster in war and boop……. All my sim cash gone in thin air as if I’ve never had any.. the icing on the cake is I never received my war items and had to reset game a few times just to start playing again. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
