What has services 2.0 accomplished?

Does EA really understand what they’ve accomplished since this services 2.0 upgrade. I get some weak chain letter that says they understand the frustrations of the mayors, but they have yet to do anything about this.
I’m visiting my city on a daily basis. I spend maybe about 20 minutes to collect taxes and bonuses, then I’m done for the day. Now you want your mayors to upgrade their abandoned buildings caused by your services 2.0 but the mayors can’t upgrade their services to manage these buildings because they were bankrupted from this upgrade to begin with? Great job. You’ve made this game very enjoyable for everybody now. Are you really listening to the feedback everybody is communicating to you? How many people are complaining? How many people are threatening to leave? How many people are no longer playing? Im sure you know the amount of time that people have spent playing this game. I am sure you’ve seeing a drastic decline in player time since these new upgrades. Seriously, was it really worth what you’ve done? I am sure you’re paid advertisers  appreciate what you’ve done.

for what it’s worth, I currently spend more time in this forum than I do playing the game.
