Same here, I didn't upgrade a road for a while, had to renovate numerous buildings. Not good.

Omg fix the bug- my city is ruined
Please fix the bug and give simoleons dependent on city level to fix the disaster that is occurring in our cities. So so so frustrating! Waste of time and resources.
