Why can’t Omega Labs & Research Centre be built/moved to Regions?
Factories & Commercial buildings are relocateable to aRegions, Omega buildings should also be relocateable.

I agree. I would especially like the ability to move my smaller drone bases and ControlNet towers from my Capital City to my regions, as I have replaced them with larger ones and just cannot bring myself to bulldoze. I remember, still, how much work it took to earn them. Since it is not really a technical issue, I don't believe you need to open a ticket, but if enough mayors click the "me too" button this will become a "hot topic" and it does seem that EA Community Managers really take notice then. If you're in a club and the mayors in your club feel the same, suggest they visit this forum and support your post.
@PinnacleValleyand/or @BlackjackWidow will likely be by soon to offer either better advice or a solution.

You did an excellent job in supporting and addressing the concern...great job! The Omega buildings are unique in every sense with their own currency, police, fire & health coverage, research center & laboratories, and of course the NeoMall. EA has elected to keep it distinctive and of course economics does figure into that consideration.
