Why is Global Trade HQ so awful? Suggest real auctions....

SimCity is not supposed to be an action twitchy game.  The Global Trade HQ makes this the most action-demanding SimCity game by far.

Any economist will tell you that price ceilings (maximum authorized price is set below market demand) lead to waste and hoarding.  In SimCity Buildit, instead of people finding the true price at which producers and consumers would like to buy the price is so artificially low that any will be snapped up immediately once advertised.  That sounds great for consumers, except that to find that set of nails you need to continually open and close the Trade HQ and pray that if you can get to someone's market, you'll buy it before they can find it.  So it will actually take longer to find and be quick enough to buy a given item on the market than it might have been to produce it yourself.  For instance, nails are next to impossible to find on the market because people can only charge like 20 coins for them but if you could set the price much higher, there would instead be a rational judgment by buyers whether to take a given price.

Please follow ANY other market-driven game and let there be a true economy:

1. Let anyone set any price they want for any item.

2. The interface is beyond awful.  If I want to buy a shovel, why do I have to look through all the countless nails, storage-size items, and other junk?  Just show me advertised offers for shovels.

3. Remove the pay-one-SimDollar penalty for auctions that are overpriced.  Rather than pay that SimDollar, people will either ⚽ ask a friend to buy it, then buy it back from them, 🏈 never sell anything again because their trade depot is full, or 🏀 quit the game.
