Why my storage suddenly dropped?

Mayor's Pass 3 just ended.  In the Mayor's Pass you get temporary storage space, when it ends you will storage will drop to only of that what you have actually in your city and regions.

It's been 2 times that it has happened, when the competition HQ ends, I lack capacity in my warehouse.

Like this time, I had 220 for my capacity in the warehouse and by opening Simcity Buildit I only have 205 capacity in the warehouse.

This is the second time this has happened to me.

Can you correct my problem?

yes but I bought to be able to enlarge my warehouse?

@edwardkitsiu  During the season competition you can earn temporary storage increases based on your advancement. Once the season is over the temporary storage goes away. If you did not invest the required storage items (racks, cameras & locks) your storage reverted back to where you were before the beginning of the season. I heard several folks with a similar concern so I contacted the help desk in the middle of the season basically to go on record and they explained there had been some confusion by players but what I earned permanently would be there at the end of the season...and that’s exactly what happened.

If you actually invested storage items to reach the next level, contact technical support through the in game help section and report what happened. If that’s not the case, don’t worry season 4 starts this week. Good luck.

Thanks, I have the same issue. How do you contact in game help if you don't have a settings button? (Android)

@Chelle_NZ007  As you enter your city you will see your simcash total in the upper right corner, directly below you will see a screwdriver crossing a wrench...click on this and follow the directions. Good luck.
