Wrong age entered – Need to keep my city

Question

Hello, I need help with my SimCity BuildIt account.

When I first started the game, I accidentally entered the wrong date of birth, so my account is currently treated as underage and I cannot link my account.

However, I am actually old enough to use the linking feature, and most importantly, I must keep my current city and progress.

EA support told me to contact the forum for further review.

Could an administrator please help review my account and update the age restriction or provide a way to enable account linking without losing my city?

I am willing to provide proof of age if required.

That was not support, that was the “ever helpful” AI. You need some persistence to dig through to reach a real human support. Hopefully, there are still some real humans. Good luck.
