Year of the horse is upon us!

Well, I just wanted to say that I hope we get a beautiful horse decoration for our city. I remember the rabbit. Im hoping for something similar with the horse that lights up. I love horses and hope I will get to add a few horses in my city this year. My Chinese zodiac is also year of the horse. Also my mother as well.

    I dont think its too big of a deal. I should be able to max level service buildings when I get them.
