i get this error when i launch the game and i can,t have any access to the multiplayer mode ERROR CODE SMCY-19 cant communicate with the update server

Hi @rtaus1 - Error code SMCY19 points to a connectivity problem. In your screen shot, I can see the message Error Updating on the load screen. It may have just been a temporary situation, but if you're still getting the error, try logging out of SimCity and checking your Internet connection. If you're using a proxy, try without. If possible, try checking it with a wired connection instead of the wifi.
If the Internet connection checks out, then log out of SimCity. Go to Origin > My Library > right-click on the SimCity game > Repair. Your computer must be online in order to do the repair. If the repair completes with no issues, check to see if you can get into the game. If the repair does not complete or the game still throws an error, please review and follow the steps in the post directly above yours.
If you still have the problem, please reply back with any other error messages you may get (screenshots are a great help) & a copy of your dxdiag
To post your DxDiag:
1. Select the 'Choose file' button below the post box
2. Find the DxDiag file and select it - hit Open
3. Add text to your post and hit Submit
