I already had the detective add-on. It seemed to work automatically; the bomb was found. I don't know if it mattered, but I also deployed Maxis Man.
I have to say, though, I don't know when this mission was programmed into the game, but I didn't see it until after the 2.0 update. It seems to be in poor taste to have this in the game, especially after Boston. Had the Boston bombing not happened, I still would have felt that this was a worthless addition. I'm sure they could have come up with a better option for a timed mission, like something to do with the hazmat truck.
This mission has been in the game since the start. Why would it be in poor taste? Bombings happen. Tornados and earthquakes happen. The fact that the Boston bombing happened in the United States doesn't make it worse than other bombings. Just saying.

This was my feelings on it, terrible thing but then so is an earthquake, or any other thing a city deals with for that matter.
Personally i'd like to see SWAT deployed in an addon or a pack.
