Same issue.
I experienced the problem when I already had 1 trading depot, so I expanded with another depot, and the problem was just the same.
I now have a line of garbage trucks, coal trucks and freight trucks stuck on the road to my neighbors town.
This is BS, I hope the server upgrade fix this issue. Im on EU West 6, it has not been upgraded yet.
Can anyone who had the serverupgrade tell me if this fixed the issue?
