"Cant find work" Megatowers
I notice that some mega towers that the sims are having difficulty finding work I have excess 300 jobs and no one is unemployed but it keeps saying cant find work. Anyone experiencing this?

I see this from time to time. I actually had one level in a megatower complaining about no relief from work, and the two levels above it complaining about no work. This was in a megatower surrounded by high density industrial complaining about not enough workers. The job finding system is just screwed, and it always kinda has been. I ended up just building up residential where I could fit it, and bulldozing the levels in the megatowers that seemed screwed up. The sims in more remote housing could find jobs just fine - go figger...
Usually rebuilding a megatower level that is acting up will straighten it out - turning it off for a few in-game days and then back on doesn't seem to do anything.
Tried your idea buldoze and rebuilt it but later it will show "Cant find work" and the shops in the mega tower shows no shoppers but I only have one mall in a mega tower. One thing is shure that I notice is that in Mega Towers that even I bulldozed the Tower and built it again the problem occurs again and again. The main problem is "Cant find work" but there is 500 jobs available and I plop it near the working area, I even built a office to fix the problem but still it occurs. The next is the Shops both $ and $$ are showing no shoppers. The $$$ shows no problem only "Cant find work". Can you help me in this problem? The ordinary buildings are not having "Cant find work". Only Mega Towers are occuring this problem
