"Cant find work" Megatowers
I notice that some mega towers that the sims are having difficulty finding work I have excess 300 jobs and no one is unemployed but it keeps saying cant find work. Anyone experiencing this?

So i realize this was a long time ago but i was searching for a solution to this and could'nt find one. I loocked at my land value map and realized it was all medium and high wealth. So i added a street in a white zone that was uninhibited. Then i added commercial and Industrial. Followed that up with a little residential. Lastly i had to go to the mega tower and reduce the land value to get new low wealth sims to move in.
