Can't Load SimCity on Windows 11?

Question

I have tried loading the game... uninstalling and reinstalling. Deleting the UserData folder and repairing... anything I've found online. The game won't load. I have done changes (new video card and such) to my PC since I played last, but everything driver-wise is up to date.

To be clear, I can't even get into the game. The "SimCity" logo pops up, and just hangs there. Not even the first screen of the game.

Could you attach a DxDiag to your message? If you have one of the latest Intel GPUs, the issue might come from there.

Press Windows key + R
Type "dxdiag" then enter
In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, choose Save All Information
Attach the .txt file obtained to your reply

Hi,I also have this problem, but my Intel GPU i7-8750H is a few years old and not one of the latest. Is there no solution yet?
