Can't Load SimCity on Windows 11?

I have tried loading the game... uninstalling and reinstalling. Deleting the UserData folder and repairing... anything I've found online. The game won't load. I have done changes (new video card and ...

Could you attach a DxDiag to your message? If you have one of the latest Intel GPUs, the issue might come from there.

  1. Press Windows key + R
  2. Type "dxdiag" then enter
  3. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, choose Save All Information
  4. Attach the .txt file obtained to your reply

Hi,
I also have this problem, but my Intel GPU i7-8750H is a few years old and not one of the latest. Is there no solution yet?
