Can't load SimCity

Can't load SimCity. I've been at it for over an hour and contacting support is, well not help full. Here's the screen shots of the error and a screen shot of the main screen while trying to log in. ...

Heya, 


This may be related to a recent update we pushed for SimCity 2013, could you please try the below steps and let me know if it sorts the issue for you?

  1. Restart your PC

  2. Uninstall then reinstall the EA app

This should force the EA app to install more recent configuration changes, and prevent the issue from reoccurring.

@EA_Cade This doesn't work and is still not fixed a month later.
