In SimCity City s of Tomorrow I cant make enough Controlnet...How do I make more?"

How do I get more Controlnet?

I would use the Academy, then from the research menu from selecting the Academy research the Controlnet Facility. The Academy alone produces enough Controlnet for many Controlnet needed buildings.
