City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Oh. my. god.

I thought I'd found a nice reliable server where this didn't happen.

Europe West 6.

Hours of happy game playing yesterday and today. (22 hours!)

I'd specialised in mining, I'd got whiz bang trade hq buildings and all!

Just started to get some big $ rolling in, with metal and alloy trading out at 24k and 48k per day! Ka Ching!

Place a second smelter and... bang. "Your city is not processing correctly..."

WAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!
