i have now run into this same issue. i am able to load my city over and over and over again if i roll it back. However, 10 minutes or less after i`ve rolled it back the message "not processing" pops up and i quit the game. i return to my region. click on the city, must roll back again. This time i thought "lets roll it back, exit to main menu, quit sim city, let it sync and everything will be good". i follow that exact process, return to the region but the city needs to be rolled back again. i don't rolling it back because it rolls back to where i had last left it but now i can't advance my city anymore.
why would this happen and how can it get fixed. hopefully maxis and ea can get right to it since now it seems more frequent accross all servers.
im on server American East 2, region: i can't think of a name, and city called : Sumting
