Cloud save in simcity

Does cloudsave in this game exist?. I was playing on my mac and decided to play it on my main computer, but when I downloaded it (on my computer) the progress wasn't save or there was any option to restore my save files. When I launched the game it takes me back to the tutorial start and no save was ever made. Yes, I have enabled cloud save on both my mac and my main computer. It seems that the game is the only one i have that doesnt show the "cloud save" load when it was launched, other games i owned such as BF1 and Fifa 17 has cloud saves working, but for some reason Simcity doesnt. Even the Cloud save/cloud storage tab doesnt appear in the games properties.
