I have the disk version of SimCity 2013, but my laptop doesn't have a disk drive.
Is there a way of playing this game on a **bleep**-drive-less laptop without purchasing on Steam?

I believe you can redeem the game using the key in the game manual on the EA app. Just make sure that you didn't use the key before
I will give a go, but I have used the disk inprevious PC.
I also love how the work disk was bleeped out...
