EA allow you to purchase SimCity for Mac despite it not being compatible

How is this allowed? they advertise their game as for Mac/PC, let you select which version you want, take your money and then send you the Windows version...... In the small print, it is not compatible with Macs beyond IOS 10

How are they still allowed to advertise this as a Mac game or not provide a warning?? This is very misleading to consumers
