EA app showing wrong version for game and missing dlc

Login after a long time, was trying to play simcity. on the ea app however, it says i own the Mac version and did not have the cities of tomorrow DLC. however, i own the PC version and do have the DL...

The EA App has a persistent issue since its launch: it fails to identify the correct edition of a game, especially for older titles like Simcity. This problem is compounded by the fact that the Mac version of the app cannot be installed... As far as I know, there is no solution to this issue. However, it shouldn’t prevent you from playing or purchasing any DLC. There are a few free DLCs available if you’re interested in trying one out.
