Hi @PBL84,
I'm afraid we don't have any information on if there are plans to update SimCity to 64 bit for MacOS at this time.
/Kent Hi @EA_Kent,
MacOS Catalina (64 bit) has been released 3 months ago. How long does it normally take to make such an upgrade decision at your end? In other words, when will you come back to me with more information?

Hi @PBL84 - There is no way to know if or when EA will make a definitive announcement either way. They have announced some of their 32-bit games being updated to 64-bit, and others, like SimCity have had no announcement.
See This Thread for more information and some options if you wish to run SimCity after upgrading to Catalina. You may wish to subscribe to that thread, because if there is an announcement made or more information becomes available, I will update that post. If you recently purchased SimCity and found you can't play it, you may be able to take advantage of the Great Game Guarantee.
Wish I had better news for you, but that's all the information any of us has at this point.
Hi @EA_Kent
When do you expect to comeback to me with more information?
Where can I find this announcement?

Hi @PBL84,
I'm afraid we don't have any details on that. At the moment we haven't heard if there are plans to update SimCity for MacOS.
If we do hear any sort of information on this we will keep everyone posted. For now I am going to close this thread as we don't have any additional information we can offer on this. If you need help with any other issues please feel free to set up a new thread.
/Kent
