EA Play removed SimCity Collectors Edition from Library

I used to have SimCity Collectors Edition in my library. This was a physical copy, with the code added to my account.

I had EA Play active at some point this year, and played the game. Now I have returned to play SimCity again (without EA Play active), the collectors edition is no longer in my library, and is asking me to buy the game again.

I have tried to add the code again to my account from my physical copy, but says that the code has already been redeemed.

Any help on resolving this would be appreciated.
