    You're going to love this.  As I was working around the house this morning, I could hear a weird rattle coming from my desk area.  I went over to investigate and one of my cats was behind the monitor batting at the DVI cable where it plugs into the monitor.  I shooed the cat away and checked connection, which ended up being ever so loose, just the tiniest bit.  It was loose enough though that when I pushed it back into place, there was a bit of movement.  Long story short, that ended up being the fix.

So, maybe we are both right.  I just went and used the Geforce Experience (update tool) and had it check my drivers again.  Apparently when I thought I had updated, I missed the message that said "Your drivers are up to date."  

So there haven't been new drivers in 7 months.  I find that a bit weird, since there aren't even any beta drivers showing and I used to get update messages a lot.
