I cannot play with two cities in one single region

Hi, I cannot play with two cities in one single region, could you please told me why? (2013, V. 1)

    Hi @LUCHINI-FOREVER - Did you claim the city before you tried to load it? Are you playing online or offline? 

    Try entering your first city, then go to Region View and click on the second city. If the button says "Claim", then click it and it will show you the tips screen as it registers the claim, then it will load the city. If you're playing online, this can take some time (shouldn't take more than a few minutes, depending on your connection speed). If the button says 'Load', then you've already claimed it and should be able to load it.

    If it hangs on entry again, try exiting SimCity completely. Then, in Origin, right-click the SimCity icon and choose "Repair". You have to be online for the option to appear. Once the repair is complete, try again. Let us know how it goes

    I have already one city but when I try to play in another one of the same region, my computer shows me countless tips:

    I cannot open the second city in a region. I have one, but when I try to play with other in the same region, my pc starts to show countless tips and the city do not open (not even for the first time). I show you one image of how my screen looks. In the line "Now entering" the name of the city does not appears. Do you know what I have to fix in my pc?
