Launches to BLACK SCREEN with cursor and music.

Got stuck in spectator mode on my city so I tried to restart. Since doing so I have been completely unable to launch the game. Clicking play on the launcher brings me to a blank black screen with the ...

I have this but I press esc or tab out and in the window then click the mouse inside the game window and it loads

    I have the same issue.

    Your method actually worked for me. Tabbed out and then clicked back in - clicked the screen like mad and it popped up. Not ideal but I wanna play the game!

      wait more then 2 seconds, it takes a minute or so to get to the menu, its not a bug. i think its connecting during that time (and probebly cant connect).

        I had the same issue. Opened Origin ingame via Shift+F1 and that seemed to get it going. Could've been from tabbing in and out though.
