Lost City Data for Sim City BuildIt

My wife was playing the free version of Sim City Buildit on an ipad and we had to forced reinstall the ios, which got rid of all the data on the device. Is there anyway I can get the data back so my wife can continue building her city from where she left off? She has 8l months of playtime invested in the game. any help would be appreciated.

It ipad had the latest ios when the forced reinstall was done.

    You game has dedicated forums here on AHQ.  The SC 2013 forum is exclusively for this PC game only.

    I have lost my city since the recent upgrade again!!! Been playing this game long time and have had to go through this once before and had to start again if it doesn't sort itself out I'm never playing again..!!!
