Hi @LilMizzShortie - It's hard to know what suggestions you have tried, but here are some of the most common ways to solve this problem:
- Set Origin to run "As Administrator" (right-click your shortcut - choose "Properties" > Compatibility tab > Check the box that says "Run As Administrator")
- Make sure Origin and SimCity are included in your firewall and antivirus exception lists
- Disable Origin In-game (In Origin, choose the "Origin" menu, then click on the "More" arrow at the far right and choose "Origin In-Game". Turn off the "Enable Origin In-Game" button)
- Disable proxy servers (In Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy > Turn off "Use a Proxy Server")
- Set Windows Date & Time to "Automatic" (Right-click the date on Windows desktop > choose "Adjust Date/Time" > "Set Time Automatically")
- Temporarily remove any USB storage devices or SD/MMC cards from your computer (once online, make sure to update Origin to newest version, then you should be able to plug them back in)
Let us know how it goes!
I had to uninstall origin then reinstall it and that worked
