It's worth making contact again, but keep a copy of the game code/your receipt to hand so it can be checked. Either you were sold a used copy of the game by the retailer, or there is some issue with the code, and checking will help to determine the right course of action.

man i have been waiting for an answer due to my ploblem and no one ever answered in the chat, i tried to do the call me thing but it doesn't work!!!
this is the worst customer service i had ever experienced
i can promise that i will never buy EA products or recommend to anyone due this situation Your inablity to contact support do to your own technology problems does not make it bad customer service.

Ea is such a freaking joke. Customer support is horrible hard to reach, the website just puts you in a stupid loop of neverending forms and when you get on the forum for help, you get trolled by * fanboys with fifa 150304 avatars. Freaking idiots.

hey * ive been trying to contact EA support also for an issue but these * (including you) dont get * and dont know how to run a company thats why EA was voted worst company in america 2 years in a row because * like yourself work for this dumb * company that treats their customers like total *. * you *.

When you can ask a civil question without resorting to trash talk, you might get a suggestion.
maybe must EA more listen to the simcity players. Fix some bugs in the basic simcity 2013 game to bring the trust back in players. Simcity have got a great amout of players .
EA must look at others gameproducers the bring updates for old products. Or bring a another good simcity game.

The 2013 game was more or less Maxis' last chance to stay in business. It became their third loser in as many years, unable to sell well enough to recoup development costs, so the company was shut down. There will be no further Simcity games, and the last patch was issued three years ago. There is no one anywhere working on any further official patches.
Shut the * up this customer service is controlled by money grabbing wolves who dont give a single * about us people. Ive been bannwd without reason and lost all my content. You may kiss there arses but I wouldnt stand for this * answer you give. EA IS JUST A * * MONEY GRABBING COMPANY WHO DOENST CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OR ANYONE!
