Hi @fitriz10 - I moved your post to a new thread, since your issue is different than the one where you replied. Once you use a game code to register a game in Origin, you'll never need it again. The game is registered to your account, so all you have to do is log into the account on which you registered the game.

First, make sure you're viewing all games. In Origin's "My Game Library", click on the "Filter" link in the top right corner and clear all filters.

Make certain you're logged in to the right account. Check all your old email addresses - you may have accidentally created a new account. It's easy to forget which email address you used, especially if you've been using Origin for many years. It's very common to switch computers and log in using a newer email address.

If you find you've logged in to the wrong account, you can change the email address that is associated with your main account. Instructions are here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/accidental-second-ea-account/#move-account
