After EA rearranged their help site and forums, I've been unable to find the old SimCity blog where the patch notes resided. The best I can find is a an overview of all the SimCity patches and updates on the Simtropolis website. https://community.simtropolis.com/forums/topic/61301-status-of-simcity-updates-developments/
