Sorry for the late reply, are you still having issues with your game?

If so, please, try to reinstall the game. If there's an issue with the current installation, that should fix it.

If it doesn't help, could you share more information about your computer? A dxdiag would be very helpful. You can find instructions on how to get a dxdiag here, and you can attach it to your answer.
