That is really strange... did you purchase the game, or download it as part of EA Play or EA Play Pro subscription? Although, the Complete Edition is supposed to be part of EA Play subs, but it sounds like you have the Base Game plus the Play subs add-ons installed. 🤔

Check your Order History - log in at https://help.ea.com/ > click Manage My Account > Click Order History

If there's a problem with your order, your best bet is to Contact EA to have Customer Support sort it out.
