Remake/Compilation of SC1-SC 2013

Question

EA's legacy game catalog is pretty significant - I'm surprised there hasn't been any attempt to remake/remaster/repackage the original 5 SimCity games (plus SimTower and Streets of SC) as a modern compilation pack.

Something similar to a cross between Rare's unreleased XBLA (Project Bean) Goldeneye remaster and Nintendo's Super Mario Maker series: A slew of QoL upgrades like HD resolutions, widescreen support, updated textures, HUD graphics/icons, along with remastered/expanded soundtracks + ability to instantaneously change the visual style of your city/building (top down, isometric 3D, full 3D).

Give the masses SimCity Legacy Edition!

Hi @SlayerSantiago , it's true that the SimCity franchise could make for a great Legacy Edition. There are so many SimCity games and DLCs and it would make total sense. We can pass along the idea to the teams, we can't promise it will happen though but we never know!
