What drivers are you running? Those that Windows 8.1 has included are generally quite poor when it comes to visual quality or performance.
4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processor. Is this suppose to happen? When will simcity be able to run on the window 8.1 without any problem with the graphic?
Drivers are software that you cannot play games without. The question I asked has no relationship to the PC central processor unit.
Look above, it is the NVidia GTX 760
