Sim City 2013 - PC Platform - Regions do not download

Hi, I downloaded update 7 this week. I tried to play and the regions do not download. I did not purchase this game not to play with it. Give me an answer asap ! Thank you ! Marc

When you say regions do not download, can you explain what you are seeing?

Any errors, what are you trying to do? Create/load a city etc?

Load a city... it does not load... All i see is the loading image with the tips...
