Same problem here. Bought from GAME, sealed and will not work!!!!!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
1. Simcity 4 is ancient, eleven years is forever for a game that was sold for years for $9.99 to clear out old stocks.
2. Answers HQ doesn't have replacement registration codes. Only the EA Help Center's people have those.
3. Writing in here to complain cannot affect the speed that the Help Center operates at.

Easily fixed all, had the same issue today too.
- Sign up to Origin
- Go to My Account
- Redeem Product Code
- Download Origin Client
- Install
- Goto My Games
- Install Sim City 4k
ahh ya but when you go to redeem your code (to assign the cd code to your acount, the code is so old (mine is) that it only has 16 letters and numbers not the 20 they use today.

- Go to My Account
- Redeem Product Code
- Download Origin Client
- Install
- Goto My Games
- Install Sim City 4k
