Sim City 4 Deluxe Not Patching On Origin With Maxis Patch, Fix?
Sim City 4 won't update on Origin. Fix?

What makes you think it isn't the latest? Version 641 is exclusive to digital stores, and exists on Steam and GOG, so why wouldn't it be on Origin? It's newer than 638, which is the last retail version.
