Sim City Add-ons no longer showing on account to download
Bought Sim City Addon "Cities of Tomorrow" And no longer have it on my account available to download, says it needs to be purchased. I do have it on the account according to live chat representative but cannot gain access to it.
What i've tried.
Reinstalling ( both game and ea app )
Logging out, back in
Uninstalling ( both game and ea app ) -> Deleting cache -> Restarting Computer -> Reinstalling ( both game and ea app ) (in that order.)
Live chat rep was very unhelpful and simply referred me here when reinstalling did not fix it.
Im on PC btw.
