Sim city extension problems
I hav accidently built a chamber of commerce in my Oil HQ instead of a refinery. Is there ANY way I can just get rid of the chamber of commerce to get the refinery one instead?

Deleting the Commerce Division add-on should reset the counter to 0 so you can plop the Refining Division, if you have the §400,000.
Just tried it in a sandbox and it reset. (actually it decrements the counter)
You're saying it took the HQ Upgrade level you needed to plop the Commerce Division?
You didn't delete the Main HQ building did you?
Instructions:
Double click the HQ or Commerce building. Now you're in "edit mode"
Hit the B key (Bulldoze)
Click on the Commerce Division. Flashes yellow then it's gone
You should be able to select the Refining Division in a few seconds. 🙂
Will this only work in sandbox?
