weekly tasks

There is a problem with the weekly tasks in the Mayor's Pass.I completed the weekly tasks, but I didn't claim them.When I started to undertake another weekly task(epic building),All the weekly tasks that I have completed have been refreshed.But my competition score didn't increase.The tasks that I didn't claim disappeared, and a new weekly task was displayed instead. Moreover, it also wasted all of my weekly task attempts.I simply can't stand this situation. I hope the problem can be resolved immediately.
