Sim City will not install
I am unable to install the game. It gets stuck on preparing. Please help.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have cleared the cache. Nothing seems to work.
I am on Windows 10 and everything is up to date.

Hi @sidegambler ,
Have you tried adding EA app as an exclusion to Windows Security? It can help with this type of issue. You can add the following files to the exclusion:
- EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe & EABackgroundService.exe in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
