SimCity - Purchase language pack installer

Hello, I am asking for Origin help. I have the game only in russian, polish and hungry. I do not know why but I need the english local files. What I need to do? Please answer me.

I really don't get why Im not allowed to play this game in English even the installer only has Russian, polish and hungry language to install with ?!?!
