cannot get pwerplant button to work...help!!

I bought the game for $5 for my daughter to play. The game ran, but there are some quirks. I cant right click on the power icon to make a power station.
Also when ALT Tab to the desktop and then going back to the game, how to you get the game to enlarge again since there is no maximize option on the dosbox?
I believe Alt+Enter is enlarge. (That worked for me on some DOSBox games I got on GOG.) Also, do you have to hold down the mouse button on the power icon until an extra menu pops up? I don't own SC2000 currently but I recall doing that when I did 15+ years ago.
