Simcity 2013 - Incorrect login information... Issue

@gur6lee Sorry for my English, but go to game's folder, open "__Installer" folder, and execute "Cleanup.exe" and "Touchup.exe". It worked for me.
Also, execute the installer of DirectX and VCRedist.
