Hello,@barmatushechka
I still didn't found a solution. I'll try to contact the resellers and EA, but i think that they won't fix it. Also i was able to access old Origin from ingame menu, and in the library it shows that i own SimCity Complete Edition. Guess that its a problem with EA App...

You have the same situation as me, there is seems a bug in EA App whith EA cannot find and fix, yet.- 2 years ago
@barmatushechkaI tried contact reseller, but as always that didn't helped me. They told me that it is EA's problem, because their key is for Complete Edition which is true. I tried redeeming it once again which obviously doesn't work, but it shows the game. And it was for Complete Edition. Thank you for the topic link 🙂 I sent all the info to them.
