You have the same situation as me, there is seems a bug in EA App whith EA cannot find and fix, yet.
@barmatushechkaI tried contact reseller, but as always that didn't helped me. They told me that it is EA's problem, because their key is for Complete Edition which is true. I tried redeeming it once again which obviously doesn't work, but it shows the game. And it was for Complete Edition. Thank you for the topic link 🙂 I sent all the info to them.
